Chapter 1 Life Lesson #4 Exercise: Mastering LOA


I said HERE that I was going to do the exercises from the book  Life Lessons for Mastering the Law of Attraction and, so, here is the exercise from Life Lesson Life Lesson #4 which is "The Power of Your State of Mind"

This exercise is to write on index cards 4-5 "I am" statements "to be repeated twice a day, just before going to sleep and getting out of bed each morning. Begin your affirmations with I am so happy and grateful that..."

The examples in my opinion were such good ones that I am using them. However, instead of putting them on index cards I wrote them in my phone's memo section. I always have the phone by the bed in the morning and at night because my alarm is on it so I thought I'd save a tree and put these statements there.  Here are the statements from the book:

"I am so happy and grateful that money is mine to receive, invest, grow and share."

"I am so happy and grateful that money flows to me easily and effortlessly."

"I am so happy and grateful that I am outrageously successful in everything I do."

"I am so happy and grateful that I embrace abundance and abundance embraces me."

the one I'm adding to this list is:
I am so happy and grateful that I live every day to the fullest and am truly happy inside and out.
