What's up ya'll? I know it's been a bit (again) since I posted something here, but I just got finished reading an article 22 Things Happy People Do Differently and it got me so pumped I had to share it with you! A couple of the things on the list that really spoke to me are meditate, live minimally and eat well. These are three things I'm trying to learn how to do myself. I'm purging all the junk in my living space, I'm trying to eat healthier foods and I'm trying to meditate more often to feel centered. What do you do to get happy?
