21 Habits of Happy People

In this new year, I'm planning on spending every day looking at the silver lining and being as happy as possible. In my quest I've been looking up keys to happiness, ways to be more positive, etc... I stumbled upon this list of 21 Habits of Happy People. My favorites on the list were:

- Appreciate life. (Be thankful that you woke up alive each morning.)
- Laugh (Don’t take yourself – or life to seriously.)
- Optimism (See the glass as half full.)
- Self care (Take care of your mind, body and health.)
